How do I track my order?

Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping updates and delivery status.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

We do not store or access your credit card details.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No. Only one discount or promotional code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If an item is missing, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your card is based in another currency, your bank will automatically apply the current daily exchange rate when processing the transaction.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it is submitted, even after order confirmation or payment authorization.
If your order is canceled after payment authorization, a full credit will be issued to your original payment method.
However, please note:
- Any cancellation after an order is placed incurs a 30% cancellation fee, as our payment processor charges a non-refundable fee.
- Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
We recommend using your permanent residential address rather than a temporary or vacation address, as customs processing times vary and may delay delivery.
